Refunds
The refund window below covers every one-time pass sold here, including any bought before a plan was withdrawn or renamed. The monthly membership works differently — see below. Free access costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

The window is measured in hours from the moment you paid — 168 hours exactly — not in calendar days. An hour count means the same thing wherever you are, so there is never a question of whose midnight decides it.
The monthly membership
The Minimum Pass is a monthly membership. It renews automatically and charges the same amount every month until you cancel it. Nothing else on this site renews.
You can cancel at any time, yourself, from Settings — no email and no waiting. Billing stops immediately, and you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not charge you again after that.
There is no partial refund of the month you are in. You have already been given that month’s access and you keep it to the end. The refund window above applies to one-time passes, not to a monthly charge.
If a renewal payment fails, PayPal retries it. Your access continues until the month you paid for runs out — a failed renewal does not cut you off early.
If you were charged after cancelling, or believe a renewal was taken in error, email us and we will refund that charge.
The details
- Does it matter how much I have used?
- No. If you are inside the window you get the tier, whether you have sat six practice tests or none.
- What happens to my access?
- A refund ends your membership — you return to free access. You keep your account, your past results and everything you have already done. Nothing is deleted.
- How do I ask?
- Settings → Membership → Request a refund. You are shown what the policy currently offers before you send it. A person reviews every request; refunds are not automatic.
- Could a slow reply cost me a tier?
- No. We record what the policy offered at the moment you asked, and honour that figure even if we take time to get back to you.
- Where does the money go back to?
- To the original PayPal payment only. We cannot refund to a different account, and there is no store credit.
PayPal has the last word
PayPal’s own buyer protection sits above this policy. You can open a dispute or a chargeback with PayPal whatever is written here, and PayPal decides those on its own rules and timelines. This page describes what we will do when you ask us directly; it does not limit what PayPal may do.
